4. Quotations and Agreements
Any quotation provided by TriVolt Techniek will describe the proposed work, pricing, and other relevant conditions where applicable.
Unless otherwise stated in the quotation:
-
Quotations are based on the information available at the time they are prepared.
-
Additional work or changes requested by the customer may result in additional costs.
-
Work will commence once the quotation or service agreement has been accepted and any necessary arrangements have been made.

Any quotation validity period will be specified in the quotation, where applicable.
A binding agreement is formed when the parties accept the relevant quotation or otherwise agree to the work.
5. Pricing and Payments
Prices, payment terms, and any applicable taxes will be communicated in the quotation or invoice.
Customers agree to pay the amounts due according to the agreed payment terms.
If additional work becomes necessary, we will communicate the expected additional costs and obtain the customer’s agreement where required before proceeding.

Delays or additional costs caused by inaccurate information, restricted access, or unforeseen site conditions may affect the agreed schedule or price, subject to applicable law and the terms of the agreement.
7. Scheduling and Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete agreed work within the scheduled timeframe.
Appointment times and completion dates are estimates unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Delays may occur because of unforeseen technical issues, material availability, site conditions, weather, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. We will communicate significant delays where reasonably possible.
Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.
8. Electrical Safety and Work Standards
All work will be carried out with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with applicable legal requirements and relevant technical standards.
Customers must not interfere with electrical installations in a way that creates a safety risk or compromises completed work.
If we identify an unsafe condition or a problem outside the agreed scope, we may recommend additional work or appropriate corrective measures. Any additional chargeable work will be subject to agreement where required by law.
9. Changes and Additional Work
Customers may request changes to the agreed work. Any changes may affect the price, materials, or completion timeframe.
We will discuss significant changes and any associated costs with the customer before proceeding, where required.
Work outside the original quotation will not automatically be included in the agreed price.
10. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule an appointment should contact us as soon as possible by telephone, WhatsApp, or email.
Any cancellation fees or charges for work already performed, materials ordered, or costs incurred will be subject to the agreed terms and applicable law.
